The maintenance and conservation will include all the works and tasks necessary to keep in perfect condition all the green spaces, landscaped areas, landscaped areas (gravel areas, mulch, albero sand, planters and flower beds, grass, trees, outdoor and indoor plants, shrubs, hedges, of the Department of Health Alicante-General Hospital, as well as the replacement of damaged areas and plants, and the maintenance in perfect condition of cleanliness and clearing of the aforementioned areas and those areas of passage, and/or parking of vehicles and machinery, susceptible to the growth of weeds. It will include the maintenance of the current irrigation system, as well as its corrective maintenance and optimisation, if necessary. The execution of this contract is determined by the performance of preventive maintenance actions, as well as the performance of the necessary corrective maintenance tasks on the facilities, elements and exterior areas to be maintained.
