Poland – Mass spectrometer – DOSTAWA SYSTEMU DO BADAŃ PROTEOMICZNYCH I METABOLICZNYCH POJEDYNCZYCH KOMÓREK ROŚLINNYCH WRAZ Z WYPOSAŻENIEM

The subject of the contract is the delivery of a system for proteomic and metabolic studies of single plant cells, together with the equipment, hereinafter collectively referred to as the "Equipment" or "System", to the place indicated by the Contracting Authority, i.e. ground floor, room 011B (BLU) in building B, located in Poznań at ul. Wieniawskiego 21/23, 61-713 Poznań, including delivery, installation, commissioning, verification of operation and training, in accordance with the requirements of the Contracting Authority specified in the Detailed Description of the Subject of the Contract contained in Annex 1 to the SWZ, together with an operating instruction in Polish and English in paper and electronic form. The Detailed Description of the Subject of the Contract is an integral part of the description of the Subject of the Contract.

2. The Contractor is obliged to conduct: a) Basic introductory training of at least 1 day for 4 persons indicated by the Contracting Authority in the field of operation of the mass spectrometry system and the cell isolation system, at the place and date of their installation. b) Advanced specialist training (application training) of at least 2 days for 2 persons indicated by the Contracting Authority in the field of: • operation of the System, • use of the mass spectrometry system and data analysis, • advanced analysis of proteomic data. It is allowed to carry out part of the advanced specialist training (application training) at the seat of the Contractor, the manufacturer or in another dedicated training centre in Europe, provided that the full substantive value of the training is ensured. The advanced specialist training (application training) must take place in full (all three elements) by 31.12.2027. The scope of the advanced specialist training (application training): The training must cover at least: • operation of the System, • preparation of the System for work, • basic quality control procedures, • correct operation of the System, • maintenance tasks available to the user, • basics of data processing and interpretation, • use of the supplied software.

3. The Contractor will provide a minimum 24-month warranty period.

4. Detailed requirements regarding the implementation of the contract have also been specified in the contract project constituting Annex 7 to the SWZ.

5. Payment for the implementation of the Subject of the Contract will be made in two instalments, the first in the amount of 99.5% of the offer price payable upon delivery of the Equipment together with delivery, installation, commissioning, verification of operation and basic introductory training, the second in the amount of 0.5% of the offer price payable after the completion of the advanced specialist training (application training).
