The subject of the public contract is the comprehensive management, maintenance, repairs, inspection and review of children's playgrounds, play areas – playgrounds, free play areas and furniture within the administrative territory of the city of Neratovice. Specifically, this involves services related to the management, maintenance, repairs, inspections and reviews of 15 children's playgrounds, 9 play areas – playgrounds and 11 free play areas. For the purposes of this public contract, furniture refers to elements located not only within the aforementioned children's playgrounds, play areas – playgrounds and free play areas, but also on other public spaces within the administrative territory of the city of Neratovice, to the extent specified in the relevant annexes of the tender documentation. The purpose of fulfilling the subject of the public contract includes, among other things, systematic and periodic care for children's playgrounds, play areas – playgrounds, free play areas, play and sports elements and sandpits in accordance with Decree No. 238/2011 Coll., on the setting of hygiene requirements for swimming pools, saunas and hygiene limits of sand in outdoor play areas, as amended by later regulations, in accordance with the set of standards ČSN EN 1176 and ČSN EN 1177 and in accordance with Act No. 258/2000 Coll., on the protection of public health and on the amendment to certain related laws, as amended by later regulations. An overview of children's playgrounds, play areas – playgrounds, free play areas and furniture, including a description, list of play elements and photographic documentation, is provided in Annex No. 1 of the tender documentation. The systematic and periodic care for the subject of the public contract will include, among other things, regular preventive, quarterly and annual maintenance inspections of children's playgrounds, play areas – playgrounds, free play areas and furniture, including their management, inspection, review, repair and maintenance in accordance with the conditions and obligations set out in Annex No. 1 of the Draft Contract for the Provision of Services (hereinafter also "Contract"). The subject of the public contract is defined by this tender documentation, the draft Contract and its annexes so that suppliers can process mutually comparable offers. For activities carried out continuously or as needed by the customer, within the scope and under the conditions set by this tender documentation and the Contract, the evaluation and reporting are governed exclusively by the mechanism set out in the Contract and the evaluated specification of works; the contracting authority is not entitled to require performance outside this framework without following the procedure set out in the Contract and the Public Procurement Act.
