Supply of equipment for the vocational training workshop in the field of printing and digital graphics as well as geodesy and landscape architecture in specialised teaching equipment to Zespół Szkół Nr 2 im. H. Kołłątaja in Myszków, ul. Pułaskiego 70, 42-300 Myszków within the framework of the implementation of the project entitled: "Improvement of the quality of vocational training in Zespół Szkół Nr 2 in Myszków" - within the programme: European Funds for Śląskie 2021-2027 action 08.03. Vocational Education Infrastructure – ZIT (tender number FESL.08.03 – IZ.01-085/23) (case number: ZP.272.1.12.2026);

1. DESCRIPTION OF THE SUBJECT OF THE CONTRACT

1.1. The subject of the contract is the purchase of a multi-format plotter, an inkjet printer plotter, a laser plotter, laser printing machines and roll laminators for the needs of equipping the workshop for the practical learning of the profession in Zespół Szkół Nr 2 im. H. Kołłątaja in Myszków. The detailed description of the subject of the contract is specified in Attachment No. 1 to SWZ - Technical Specification and Attachment No. 3 to SWZ - Draft Contract Terms. The scope of the subject of the contract also includes the service of connection and first start-up of the equipment.

1.2. The subject of the contract is implemented within the framework of a European Union project. All supplied devices must meet the accessibility standards for people with special needs at the basic minimum level, in accordance with the Model Dostępnej Szkoły (MDS) document. 2. WARRANTY AND LIABILITY

The required minimum warranty period for the equipment is 24 months. The warranty period is a criterion for evaluating offers described in detail in Section XI of the SWZ.

3. EQUIVALENT SOLUTIONS

4. If the Contracting Authority, in the description of the subject of the contract, indicates trademarks, patents or origin, sources or a special process that characterizes the products or services supplied by a specific Contractor, equivalent solutions described are allowed, provided that they maintain the same minimum technical, quality and functional parameters, etc.

5. The Contractor who refers to equivalent solutions is obliged to prove that the solution offered by it meets the requirements specified by the Contracting Authority. In such a case, the Contractor attaches to the offer a list of equivalent solutions together with its description or standards.

6. In the event that the description of the subject of the contract contains references to standards, technical assessments, technical specifications and technical reference systems, as referred to in Article 101(1)(2) and (3) of the Pzp Act, the Contracting Authority allows equivalent solutions to those described.
