The subject of the contract is the provision of services for the maintenance and repair of the buildings and facilities of the European Commission's Delegation in the Republic of Moldova.

The subject of the contract includes the following tasks:

1. Maintenance and repair of buildings and facilities, including:

- Plumbing and heating installations

- Ventilation and air conditioning systems

- Roofs and facades

- Interior and exterior carpentry

- Painting and decorating

- Flooring and tiling

- Masonry and plastering

- Glass and glazing

- Locksmith and metalwork

- Fire safety systems

- Security and access control systems

- Cleaning and waste management

2. Maintenance and repair of vehicles, including:

- Periodic maintenance

- Repairs and replacements

- Tyre changes

- Oil changes

- Battery replacements

- Brake repairs

- Electrical system repairs

- Engine repairs

- Transmission repairs

- Suspension and steering repairs

- Exhaust system repairs

- Bodywork repairs

- Interior repairs

3. Maintenance and repair of IT equipment, including:

- Servers

- Computers

- Printers

- Scanners

- Routers

- Switches

- Firewalls

- Cables and connectors

- Software and applications

- Data backup and recovery

- Network security

- Virus and malware protection

4. Maintenance and repair of office equipment, including:

- Furniture

- Telephones

- Fax machines

- Copiers

- Shredders

- Filing cabinets

- Whiteboards

- Projectors

- Audio-visual equipment

- Kitchen appliances

5. Maintenance and repair of gardening and landscaping, including:

- Lawn care

- Tree and shrub pruning

- Planting and transplanting

- Weed control

- Leaf removal

- Gardening equipment maintenance

6. Maintenance and repair of other facilities, including:

- Swimming pools

- Sports facilities

- Playgrounds

- Waste management systems

The contract will be awarded to the tenderer who offers the best value for money, taking into account the quality, price, and delivery time of the services. The contract will have a duration of 48 months, with the possibility of extension for an additional 24 months, subject to satisfactory performance and mutual agreement.

The estimated value of the contract is EUR 5,000,000 (excluding VAT).
