France – Parts and accessories for vehicles and their engines – Fourniture de pièces de rechange pour les autobus de marque Heuliez Iveco

This contract notice, launched under a negotiated procedure, aims to award the Contractor, under a performance obligation, the supply of spare parts of the brands IVECO and HEULIEZ for the needs of the subsidiaries of RATP Cap Île-de-France. It aims to establish a framework agreement(s) with no minimum amount and a maximum amount, representing the amount of the lots for which the Contractor is selected, plus thirty percent (30%). This maximum amount is derived from the estimated breakdown of the price schedule, the quantities of which are given as an estimate and without obligation on the part of the Beneficiaries. Each Contract is concluded for a firm period running from its notification date until 30 November 2028. The Contract may be tacitly renewed for a period of twelve (12) months, from 1 December 2028. The part references are distributed over 2 250 distinct lots: a lot may consist of a single reference or a group of inseparable references (example: the references « left » and « right » of the same organ. The award will be made lot by lot (reference by reference). The allotted supplies are detailed in the BPU in document n° 1. The selection criteria for applications are set out in the Consultation Regulations (RC).
