Description

At the Max Planck Institute for Gravitational Physics Hannover (Albert-Einstein-Institut - AEI), particularly experimental fundamental research is conducted in the fields of laser interferometry, laser physics, quantum optics and precision measurement technology to enable current and future generations of gravitational wave detectors on Earth and in space. The institute is distributed across several buildings. There is a need to expand office space. As part of the measure, the east part of the hall-like existing building 3405 for physical laboratory space (clean and grey rooms, laser and electronics laboratories, etc.) with approx. 1,240 m² NUF 1-6 is to be converted. For this, services for all structural and technical measures are required, such as adapting the fire protection concept, structural adaptations in rough and finish trades, dismantling the existing building services and installing a new ventilation, cooling and electrical supply and the cleanroom installation. In addition, office space with a NUF 1-6 of 684 m² is to be created. For this, a cost-effective solution as an extension or conversion of an existing building part is to be found. Work on supply and disposal lines in the ground must be carried out for the buildings. The buildings of the institute are located on the Schneiderberg campus of Leibniz University Hannover. When planning and implementing the construction site setup and logistics, it must be taken into account that the adjacent buildings are in operation and there is little open space available. Special note regarding tender questions due to special external events (e.g. SARS-COV-2 or Ukraine war): Please take into account any possible or recognisable impairments in your offer, e.g. with regard to the availability of materials and products, labour, a possible delay in the submission of required evidence, effects on any subcontractors, etc. Questions arising in this context, please submit in good time before the deadline for tenders via the eVergabe messaging system.
