The subject of the present public procurement contract is the acquisition of the works execution contract, including the design service (PAC, PT, DDE, technical assistance) for the investment objective "Rehabilitation of primary and secondary heating networks in the municipality of Constanța – Stage V" The works acquisition includes a suspensive clause, namely: The contract regarding the acquisition of the works execution, including the design service (PAC, PT, DDE, technical assistance) for the investment objective "Rehabilitation of primary and secondary heating networks in the municipality of Constanța – Stage V", will be signed after and under the conditions of signing the financing contract, related to the project "Rehabilitation of primary and secondary heating networks in the municipality of Constanța – Stage V" The number of days until which economic operators can submit questions/clarifications before the deadline for submission of tenders is 20 days. The contracting authority will respond to all requests for clarifications/additional information on the 11th day before the deadline for submission of tenders.
