The present contract concerns the supply of washing strips, wipes, small equipment and, in particular, the supply of solutions for cleaning and/or disinfecting surfaces, including, where applicable, products packaged in a conventional manner (jerrycans, sachets, concentrates) and/or innovative in-situ production solutions, provided that they meet the technical and functional requirements defined in the present special technical specifications. This contract is concluded for an initial period of two (2) years; it is tacitly renewable for four (4) successive periods of twelve (12) months for a maximum duration of 6 years, from the first order after notification of the contract. If neither of the parties has notified its intention to terminate the collaboration at least 3 months before the annual expiry date of the contract. In the event of non-renewal of the present contract, no justification shall be required and it shall not give rise to any compensation. If the P.A. does not wish to extend the contract, it will inform the successful tenderer 3 months before the expiry date of the fixed term or of the extension. Orders placed before the expiry date of the contract remain executable. This duration has been determined in order to allow for the economically efficient use of the solutions proposed and, where applicable, the amortisation of technical devices, regardless of the solution chosen.
