France – Systems and technical consultancy services – Programme HORUS - Phases 3 & 4

This contract concerns the provision of Project Management, Project Supervision and related services as part of the HORUS programme for the overhaul of the CRPNPAC information system, for the following two phases: • Phase 3 - Career Management functions (firm tranche); • Phase 4 - Payment functions, settlement of rights and pensions (optional tranche). Each phase constitutes a complete and independent project leading to a go-live. The contractor for Lot 1 will organise the go-live in "big-bang" mode under the conditions defined in the CCTP. The detailed description of the services expected and their technical specifications are set out in the Technical Specifications (CCTP).
