The contracting authority intends to conclude a new agreement, effective from 1 January 2027, for the provision of post, parcel, and related logistics services for the municipal organisation. With an initial term of four years and with the possibility of extending four times for one year. With this European tender, the contracting authority aims to ensure the continuity, reliability, and quality of its postal services for the coming contract period. The service supports a wide range of primary and supporting municipal processes, including regular correspondence, election communications, legal and formal documents, parcel transport, and express deliveries. €285,000 per year.
