The subject of the procurement is a maintenance/inspection management system, including extensive mobile functionality and comprehensive and high-quality reporting capabilities. The system to be procured must also include the following basic functionalities:

- the sending and processing of service requests and fault reports

- the creation of target-specific maintenance plans

- usage log functionality

- functionalities supporting the management of equipment documentation

- equipment registry functionality
