The subject of the public procurement contract is the procurement of network and security infrastructure technologies, including related technological solutions from the manufacturer Cisco Systems, Inc., 170 West Tasman Dr. San Jose, CA 95134 USA (hereinafter the "Manufacturer"). This involves ensuring the procurement or supplementation of the Procurer's existing technologies from the Manufacturer. The Procurer requires, within the individual calls for tenders within the framework of the specific public procurement contracts implemented through DNS (specific public procurement contracts), delivery to the place of performance (including transport) of the Manufacturer's technologies, i.e. HW and SW components including their accessories, SW licenses or product subscriptions, information necessary for their use, and/or HW maintenance and/or SW maintenance and/or subscriptions. HW maintenance and/or SW maintenance and/or subscriptions must be provided within the framework of the Manufacturer's service program.
