The Niedersächsische Studieninstitut für kommunale Verwaltung e. V. is retendering the operation and further development of its Microsoft-365 and Microsoft-Azure environment as managed services. The aim is to ensure stable, secure and economical IT operations through a qualified IT service provider (hereinafter referred to as the contractor). The subject of the service is the operation, administration, monitoring, support and continuous optimisation of the services described below. The service is provided on the basis of the respective current licensing and usage models of the client (in particular, Microsoft-365 and Azure tenant).
