This public contract concerns the provision to GIP MANSA of specialised legal services in the following areas: Intellectual property law (literary and artistic property, industrial property); Law of new information and communication technologies (NTIC, GDPR, e-commerce and cybercrime, reputation, media law); Audiovisual law; Private law and property law; Business law and taxation. The contract is divided into 5 distinct lots. The legal advisory services also include meetings and exchanges with the client (including by telephone and/or videoconference) and their interlocutors. The contract does not include litigation.
