A framework agreement for Location Development & Participation with a basic duration of four years is being tendered. The contract begins upon award and is automatically extended annually up to a maximum of six years, unless objected to. The contractor will support the client in the strategic development of the Tempelhof location, including analysis, concept development, tendering and leasing procedures, as well as activation and communication. Furthermore, the service includes participation formats, urban development policy networking, as well as internal organisational and exchange processes. The award is made in two lots: Lot 1 (strategic-content, participation and governance services) and Lot 2 (real estate and portfolio strategic services).
