The building management of the city of Mönchengladbach (gmmg) is constructing a new building for a comprehensive school with a 6-track lower secondary level (Sekundarstufe I) and a 3-track upper secondary level (Sekundarstufe II) on an undeveloped plot of land south of the city centre of Mönchengladbach, in the immediate vicinity of the university campus and the Grenzlandstadion, north of Breite Straße. The project includes a school building, which will be realised in two construction phases. The subject of this tender are planning and construction services for the turnkey creation of the school buildings including outdoor facilities for the 1st and 2nd construction phases as well as the deep foundation of the 2nd construction phase based on a functional performance description. The construction services are to be carried out from 30.06.2027 to 26.08.2031.
