France – Urban planning and landscape architectural services – Interives I - accord-cadre maitrise d'œuvre urbaine

The framework agreement concerns the carrying out of urban, architectural, landscape and environmental studies and the design of public spaces, as well as the coordination of real estate projects, for the operational implementation of the Interives I ZAC development in Fleury-les-Aubrais. The estimated duration of the contract is 4 years, renewable twice for two years. The creation of the Interives I ZAC was approved by the Orléans Métropole Metropolitan Council on 2 July 2016. Operational start-up took place in 2019.
