Romania – Afforestation services – Executia obiectivului de investitii "Reconstrucţie ecologică forestieră pe terenuri degradate constituite în perimetrele de ameliorare Pășunea Momaia și Pășunea Rogoaze, localitatea Tigveni, jud. Argeș - 14,69 ha"

Execution of services (forestry and maintenance services + other ancillary services - land preparation, fence and septic tank construction, placement of control and amenity posts, placement of forestry propaganda panels, perimeter guarding) in accordance with the approved technical project, respecting the contract provisions and the legislation in force. After signing the public procurement contract and submitting the performance guarantee, 30 days before the start of the works, the contractor will transmit the Detailed Execution Plan of all the activities in the contract and the Quality Plan. The reception of services is carried out in accordance with art. 16 of Law no. 100/2010 on the afforestation of degraded lands, and in accordance with the Technical Standards for the annual control of regenerations, approved by Order of the Minister of M.M.A.P. no. 2537 of 28.09.2022 and the Technical Standards for compositions, schemes and technologies for the regeneration of forests and the afforestation of degraded lands, approved by Order of the Minister of M.M.A.P. no. 2533 of 28.09.2022 and other technical standards and legal provisions (e.g. Order no. 4017 of 12 December 2012 for the approval of the Procedure for the handover-reception of land plots constituted in improvement perimeters and the transfer of the investment objective).
