Belgium – Wind turbines – Raamovereenkomst voor levering, plaatsing en onderhoud van windturbines op de linkerscheldeoever van de haven van Antwerpen

The NV Wind Aan de Stroom wishes to proceed with the phased development of one (1) to four (4) wind turbines in the port area of Antwerp, specifically the Linkerscheldeoever. The phased development is guided by spatial planning and nature aspects. The final number of turbines is dependent on ongoing MER and permitting procedures. The contract is split into two parts, in accordance with article 135 of the law of 17 June 2016, namely one firm part and one conditional part.
