The Fruit and Vegetable Trader Registration System (hereinafter: the System) of the Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries (hereinafter: the Contracting Authority) has been developed with the aim of aligning national legislation with the legal framework of the European Union, which requires transparent, efficient and digital tracking of traders (legal and natural persons) who carry out trading activities in the fruit and vegetable sector. This System enables competent authorities, traders and other interested parties to access information on registered entities, issued documents and their compliance statuses more easily. To ensure the uninterrupted, reliable, accurate and optimal operation of the System, it is necessary to provide maintenance and support for the system. The use of the System has identified the need for additional functionalities and adaptations of existing ones, and it is necessary to upgrade the System.
