Supply of distribution transformers in Quarter 1 2027 with the following ratings: 250kVA (5 units), 400kVA (5 units), 630kVA (5 units), 800kVA (20 units) and 1,000kVA (2 units)

Supply of distribution transformers in Quarter 2 2027 with the following ratings: 400kVA (5 units), 630kVA (10 units) and 800kVA (20 units)

Supply of distribution transformers in Quarter 3 2027 with the following ratings: 400kVA (5 units), 630kVA (10 units) and 800kVA (20 units)

Supply of distribution transformers in Quarter 1 2028 with the following ratings: 250kVA (5 units), 400kVA (5 units), 630kVA (10 units), 800kVA (20 units) and 1,000kVA (2 units)

Supply of distribution transformers in Quarter 2 2028 with the following ratings: 400kVA (5 units), 630kVA (10 units) and 800kVA (21 units)

Supply of distribution transformers in Quarter 3 2028 with the following ratings: 400kVA (5 units), 630kVA (7 units) and 800kVA (21 units)

The total requirement of this contract will be divided into two lots for reasons of risk distribution and supply security. The contracting authority intends to award the requirement to two different suppliers.

Lot 1: approx. 60% of the total quantity

Lot 2: approx. 40% of the total quantity

Special regulation for lot award: if the same bidder submits the lowest evaluated sum in Lot 2 as in Lot 1, this bidder will only be awarded Lot 1. In this case, the award for Lot 2 will be given to the bid with the next lowest evaluated sum.

The contracting authority reserves the right to call off up to 20% of the respective base quantities per position as optional additional quantities. The optional additional quantities are to be included in the calculation of the offered unit prices, but will not be taken into account in the evaluation of the bids.
