The subject of the public procurement is the introduction and use of a dynamic purchasing system (DPS) in accordance with § 138 et seq. of the Public Procurement Act (DPS) for an indefinite period. The subject of the individual public procurements to be awarded through the DPS will be the supply of tablets and their accessories, specifically styluses, tablet cases with a keyboard, and tablet cases without a keyboard. The detailed specifications of the goods that will be the subject of the performance of individual public procurements awarded through the DPS are set out in Annex 1 of the tender documentation – Catalogue of Goods. The specifications of the goods that will be requested during the DPS will be continuously updated with regard to market developments and the needs of the contracting authority.
