The aim of the tender is the procurement of a trading system for power management at the "Energy Trading" department of the SBB. The system must enable the recording and management of power trades (spot, OTC and exchange) and support the automated post-trade process (eCM, REMIT). It must allow for changes and calculations of power plant positions and their transmission to transmission system operators. Furthermore, the system must enable the separation of production and consumption positions, net them and transmit them to TSOs. The subject of procurement is a Software-as-a-Service solution (hereinafter "SaaS" or "SaaS solution") for a trading system for power management. The service includes the configuration of the solution, its integration into the SBB's IT systems, operation, and the initial training of SBB staff.
