Poland – Software implementation services – „Cyfryzacja powiatu bieruńsko-lędzińskiego oraz podległych jednostek” - w zakresie Powiatowego Zarządu Dróg w Bieruniu [vol.2]

The subject of the contract is the provision of services within the scope of the contract entitled: “Digitalisation of the Bieruńsko-Lędziński district and subordinate units” – in the scope of the District Road Authority in Bieruń, which involves increasing the level of use by citizens, businesses and administration of public services provided electronically, by creating and making available e-services, based on the digitalisation of back-office processes and digitalising and making data available in the District Road Authority in Bieruń. The subject of the contract is aligned with the achievement of the goal: deriving benefits from digitalisation for citizens, businesses, research organisations and public institutions, as well as with the specific intermediate goals translating into project types: - Digitalisation of back-office processes in entities providing public services and smart city elements, - Creation and development of e-services, - Digitalisation and making data available. Furthermore, the subject of the contract includes: - spatial data in the area of public roads. As part of this contract, applications will be developed based on available digital information from the public sector, as well as modern technological solutions will be implemented and the digitalisation of analogue data will take place for the purpose of making them available in e-services. - improvement of citizen and business services as part of further digitalisation of administrative (back-office) processes, which will enable citizens and businesses to use existing and newly created services provided electronically at the fifth level of their maturity, - digitalisation of databases, necessary to achieve the electronic provision of e-services, including via mobile devices, directed at citizens and businesses and creating conditions for their uninterrupted, harmonised operation, - expansion of the IT software infrastructure as part of the digitalisation of back-office - expansion of the IT infrastructure in the form of necessary IT infrastructure ensuring uninterrupted and cyber-secure operation of back-office software and the provision of e-services, - ensuring the interoperability of teleinformatics systems for the management of public registers, a condition for the launch of e-services, by developing and expanding IT solutions in the field of e-administration and geoinformation.
