France – Dental consumables – Fourniture de matériels et consommables pour l’enseignement et les travaux pratiques de l’Ecole de Médecine Dentaire de Marseille

This contract concerns the supply of equipment and consumables for teaching and practical work at the Ecole de Médecine Dentaire de Marseille. The consultation comprises 16 lots. Certain lots not included in this consultation will be the subject of another procedure in accordance with Articles R.2123-1 and R.2122-8 and Article R. 2122-3 of the Code de la Commande Publique. The description of the services is set out in the CCP. For all lots, the consultation was conducted using an open procedure in accordance with the provisions mentioned in 1° of Article R. 2124-2 of the Code de la Commande Publique and Articles R2161-2 to R2161-5 of the Code de la Commande Publique. This is a single-supplier framework agreement executed as orders are placed (for all lots) in accordance with the provisions of Articles L2125-1, R2162-1 to R2162-6 and R2162-13 to R2162-14 of the Code de la Commande Publique.
