Poland – Grounds maintenance services – Działania z zakresu ochrony czynnej w rezerwatach przyrody „Skałki Stoleckie” i „Krokusy w Górzyńcu”

The contract involves carrying out active protection measures, including mowing surfaces and removing tree and shrub seedlings, along with the removal of biomass generated during the works on areas located within the boundaries of nature reserves: 1) „Stoleckie Rocks” covering an area of 1.0 ha, 2) „Crocuses in Górzyńce” covering an area of 0.6 ha. 2. The contract specifically includes: 1) a meeting with a representative of the Purchaser at the work site to indicate the area designated for mowing, 2) mowing the area along with the removal of tree and shrub seedlings in accordance with the detailed scope of the works, 3) removal of biomass generated during the works and its management in accordance with the law, 4) cleaning up the site. 3. The subject of the contract is described in Annex 1 to the specification. 4. The Purchaser envisages the need to transfer intellectual property rights to the completed subject of the contract. A detailed description of the contractual conditions is set out in the draft contract constituting Annex 2 to the specification. 5. The Purchaser specifies the activities, within the scope of the contract, requiring employment by the Contractor or subcontractor, on the basis of an employment contract, of persons in the manner specified in Article 22(1) of the Labour Code of 26 June 1974 – activities related to the implementation of the subject of the contract (mowing). A detailed description of the method of documenting employment under an employment contract, the rights of the Purchaser, and the penalties for not employing under an employment contract is set out in an annex to the draft contract constituting Annex 2 to the specification.
