This is a mixed framework agreement executed by purchase orders and by the conclusion of subsequent contracts for the conduct of sociological surveys carried out in the form of questionnaires under the city policy, (Listening to Residents Surveys) in priority neighbourhoods in order to evaluate the public policies carried out in these areas in various fields such as health, security, culture and housing. These same surveys are also carried out on a sample of residents outside QPV to serve as a reference. They are one of the tools enabling the implementation of territorial projects in these QPV.
