The scope of the Contract concerns: a) The (provision and) management, in a simple and market-conform way, of usage rights for Standard software, including implementation, extensions, updates and upgrades and support (maintenance and support). It is noted that, for this purpose, the Contracting Authority also considers SaaS services concerning Microsoft's PaaS and IaaS services (see Definitions). The delivery must be optimally tailored to the needs of the Contracting Authority; b) The (provision and) management of Microsoft usage rights concerning Standard software, including SaaS, PaaS and IaaS services, on the basis of EAS, CSP and other possible Microsoft contract forms, under conditions agreed by the Contracting Authority itself or in cooperation with Microsoft; c) Advising on the purchase and renewal of usage rights for Standard software, inter alia concerning... The value of the Contract is estimated at 14 million euro in total for the full term of the Framework Agreement including all options and extensions. Growth is expected from the current level of approximately 2 million euro annually to 3 to 3.5 million euro annually, mainly due to increasing use of SaaS and other IT cloud services, including those from Microsoft. The maximum scope and also the maximum amount of the intended Framework Agreement is set at 18 million euro. Upon reaching this maximum scope, the Framework Agreement loses its effect and no further orders can be placed under the framework agreement.
