Netherlands – Design and execution of research and development – KRW-vismonitoring 2027-2032
Description
For the Water Framework Directive (WFD), waterschap Amstel, Gooi en Vecht (hereinafter referred to as AGV) has the obligation to monitor four biological parameters in the WFD water bodies. These four parameters, referred to as quality elements in WFD terms, are phytoplankton, macrofauna, macrophytes and fish. The monitoring of three of these parameters (phytoplankton, macrofauna and macrophytes) has already been arranged. The fish monitoring is carried out by another external party. The current agreement for this is expiring and AGV is looking for a party that can monitor fish throughout the entire WFD planning period SGBP4 in all water bodies.
