With this award procedure, veb as the Contracting Authority wishes, on behalf of the Contracting Authority, to designate an ESCO as the Contractor who guarantees the savings on the energy bill by increasing efficiency and implementing creative and high-quality measures. To guarantee this, the maintenance of the high-quality measures and selected technical installations is also part of the Contract. The Contracting Authority is therefore looking for a method to reduce the energy bill.
