The municipality of Elburg intends to select a contractor for the execution of the demolition and renovation works at the town hall in Elburg. The selected contractor is also responsible for further developing the design into a Construction-Ready Design (UO), which serves as the basis for the execution of the works. The contract includes site organisation, demolition, construction, structural and technical installation works, site layout and the realisation of the necessary temporary provisions for the continuity of the municipal organisation. ca. 5 500 m2 bvo
