The subject of the procurement procedure is the award of planning services for the urban and functional development of the Jahnstadion in Vlotho into a citizens' park. The aim of the project is the sustainable enhancement and modernisation of the existing sports facility and the expansion of usage possibilities for school, club and recreational sports. The basis for further planning is an already available feasibility study with a reduced preferred variant. The existing 400-m running track is to be retained. The project includes, in particular, the renovation and functional enhancement of the existing sports facility, the dismantling of existing buildings and installations, the construction of a changing room/multi-purpose building, the creation of a grandstand, the creation of a multifunctional area, and the addition of further sports, recreational and open space facilities. The planning should also enable the subsequent integration of adjacent measures of the integrated urban development concept. The planning services will be awarded in two lots: Lot 1: Landscape planning Lot 2: Building design including optional structural design. The contract will be awarded in stages.
