Germany – Pharmaceutical products – Abschluss einer nicht-exklusiven Rabattvereinbarung nach § 130a Abs. 8 SGB V zum Wirkstoff Indacaterol + Glycopyrroniumbromid, ATC R03AL04 für die Zeit 01.12.2026 - 30.11.2028

Section 130a(8) SGB V allows health insurance companies and pharmaceutical companies to conclude framework rebate contracts for medicines to be dispensed at the expense of the statutory health insurance companies. With regard to the relevant legal provisions for the award of public contracts, the DAK-Gesundheit regularly conducts substance-related, formal tendering procedures in accordance with the regulations of Part 4 of the GWB. For medicines to be specified by the bidder in more detail in Annex 2 to the contract, containing the aforementioned active substance Indacaterol + Glycopyrronium bromide, ATC R03AL04, the DAK-Gesundheit intends to conclude pharmaceutical rebate contracts with as many interested pharmaceutical companies as possible until new pharmaceutical rebate contracts come into force. A rebate contract under the approval model for the aforementioned active substance comes into force for the first time on 01.12.2026 and ends on 30.11.2028. It ends automatically with the entry into force of the Exclusive Contract, regardless.
