The subject of the procurement is the implementation of an application for the determination procedure according to the SGB IX and the allocation of symbols, including the issuance of the ID cards according to the Severely Disabled Persons' ID Card Ordinance, which will be used by the State Office for Health and Social Affairs Berlin. Furthermore, the contractor will provide implementation services, legacy data migration, and software maintenance for a minimum of 6 to a maximum of 10 years.
