France – Survey services – RD900 - Secteur Pritz - Etudes préalables environnementales

This consultation concerns preliminary environmental studies and the preparation of regulatory environmental files - RD900 - Pritz sector. The procurement procedure used is the open tender. It is subject to the provisions of Articles L. 2124-2, R. 2124-2 1° and R. 2161-2 to R. 2161-5 of the Public Procurement Code. The lotted contract will be awarded in accordance with Articles R. 2113-4 to R. 2113-6 of the Public Procurement Code: - firm lot (TF): "case by case" procedure and regulatory files. - optional lot (TO01): implementation of an impact assessment procedure. The details of the lots are defined in the tender specifications. In the event of temporal overlap of the lots, the minimum overall duration planned for the execution of all services is 43 months, including 2 months of preparatory phase. The execution deadline for each lot is set out in the tender specifications. As an indication, the contract award date is scheduled for around 25 November 2026.
