The district town of Erding intends to construct a new car park, with commercial areas on the roof and additional areas on the ground floor. The site at Lebzelterstraße has a built-up area of over 3,000m² across 3 to 5 storeys. The construction area is located near the Sempt. As commercial areas, a fitness studio or similar is currently envisaged as part of the top floor. The remaining area on the same level is to be planned as a sports area in the form of an all-weather pitch. A separate, barrier-free access for the commercial areas and sports facilities on the top floor is to be provided. On the ground floor, areas for additional uses are planned, which are not yet further defined. Bicycle parking in the car park is to be provided only to a limited extent. The construction method of the car park has not yet been determined. Since the car park will adjoin a future residential area, sound insulation requirements for the facade must be observed. In addition, facade greening and a retention roof with extensive greening are desired. The location of the access to the car park is fixed and results from the draft land use plan. The management of the parking spaces with barrier systems and parking guidance technology will be planned by third parties. The nature conservation requirements for tree felling on the construction area will be prepared and obtained by third parties in advance. The measure is expected to be funded with various state grants.
