The production activities of a former steelworks site in the Wolser B industrial zone in Dudelange. The existing halls must be refurbished for new activities. Therefore, the existing production facilities must be dismantled. The halls themselves and the infrastructure will be preserved. The dismantled elements may be reused or recycled. The objective of this tender is to select a company that will professionally dismantle the production facilities on the site and will reuse or sell the reusable elements, or will appropriately recycle or dispose of the non-reusable elements.
