Slovakia – Construction work – Zlepšovanie energetickej hospodárnosti a obnova verejných budov – STVR Bratislava, ŠB Mlynská dolina

The subject of the public procurement is the selection of a contractor to provide installation, assembly and construction works necessary for the replacement of lighting, the debarrierization of the object and the selection of a contractor for the installation of a photovoltaic power plant, and the associated electrical installation works with the overall aim of reducing primary energy consumption. The subject of this contract is construction works aimed at reducing the energy intensity of the object STVR – Study Block, in the area of STVR Mlynská dolina in Bratislava (cadastral district Karlova Ves, LV no. 183, parcel no. 2920/6). The intention of the contracting authority is to achieve a reduction in the energy intensity of the object, mainly by reducing electricity consumption through the modernization of lighting and the installation of devices using renewable energy sources (photovoltaics). The project also includes the implementation of debarrierization measures. Further specification of the subject of the contract for each part of the contract is given in Section D.
