**Description of the Contract:**

The contracting authority intends to award a contract for the provision of planning and construction services for the new construction of the Central Hospital of Hochrhein. The project includes the following main components:

1. **Architectural Design and Planning:**

- Development of architectural designs and planning documents

- Coordination with other disciplines (e.g., structural engineering, building services)

2. **Structural Engineering:**

- Structural design and planning

- Calculation and documentation of structural components

3. **Building Services (Technical Equipment):**

- Planning and design of building services systems (e.g., HVAC, electrical, plumbing)

- Coordination with other disciplines

4. **Construction Management:**

- Site supervision and quality control

- Coordination of construction activities

- Project management and scheduling

5. **Sustainability and Energy Efficiency:**

- Integration of sustainable design principles

- Energy efficiency measures and renewable energy solutions

**Estimated Value of the Contract:**

EUR 50,000,000 to EUR 70,000,000 (excluding VAT)

**Funding:**

The project is funded by the German Federal Ministry of Health and the State of Baden-Württemberg.

**Procurement Procedure:**

**Contract Duration:**

The contract is expected to commence in 2024 and will have a duration of approximately 5 years.
