Poland – Orthopaedic support devices – Dostawy materiałów medycznych ortopedycznych

1. The subject of the procurement is: Supplies of orthopaedic medical materials. The procurement is divided into 11 lots (parts). Contracts for the awarded lots will be concluded after the completion of this procedure for a period of 12 months. 2. The detailed description of the subject of the procurement is contained in the annexes: 1) Price lists (separately for each lot) – Annex No. 1.1 to SWZ, 2) Draft contract clauses, which will be incorporated into the contract / contract clauses – Annex No. 2 to SWZ. 3. The contracting authority informs that, in accordance with Article 139 of the Public Procurement Act, it will first examine and evaluate the tenders, and then qualify the Contractor, whose tender was the highest rated, in terms of the absence of grounds for exclusion and the fulfilment of the conditions for participation in the procedure. 4. Pursuant to the obligation arising from Article 24(6) of the Act of 14 June 2024 on the protection of whistleblowers, the contracting authority informs that in the Independent Public Healthcare Institution, Wojewódzki Szpital Specjalistyczny Nr 3 in Rybnik, an internal procedure for reporting information on breaches of law and taking follow-up actions has been adopted.
