Netherlands – Building alteration work – 4-W-0040752-26: Selecteren aannemer voor de Rotterdamse vastgoedaanpak Boulevard Zuid

This concerns a European restricted procedure for the selection of a contractor for the Framework Agreement for the renovation and sustainability of residential and retail addresses on Beijerlandselaan and Groene Hilledijk to create a diverse retail area. The Municipality of Rotterdam has built up a temporary real estate portfolio over the past few years to combat undermining in parts of the Municipality of Rotterdam. The Municipality aims with this assignment to thoroughly renovate and make sustainable the objects on Beijerlandselaan and Groenehilledijk (BLGH). The portfolio consists on the one hand of maisonette apartments and on the other hand of ground-floor apartments. An important aspect of the portfolio is that it partly consists of apartments that are part of VvE structures, which requires extra coordination and cooperation with the environment and neighbours, both during the preparation phase and the actual renovation. The Framework Agreement aims to improve the living quality in the neighbourhood, by developing homes that are not only energy-efficient and meet the requirements of comfort and sustainability but are also future-proof for the new residents.
