The project involves the renovation of the Boliggårdens department 102, Stehnsvej, which is a smaller department located in the northwest part of Helsingør. The department was built in 1952 and consists of 38 smaller detached single-family homes at the addresses Stehnsvej 1-21, Boyesvej 2-14, Ewaldsvænget 43-51 and 46, and Blichersvej 40-50, 3000 Helsingør. The homes have a built-up area of 80m² excl. basement. The accommodation is located on the ground floor, with a partial basement and crawl space. The homes have their own gardens. The project mainly includes:

•Renovation and extension of bathrooms on the ground floor

•Demolition of existing bathrooms in the basement

•Mould remediation of the basement

•Renovation of external basement stairs and junction boxes

•Replacement of water supply installations in the building and terrain

•Replacement of drainage installations in the building

•Electrical installations

•Establishment of ventilation systems with heat recovery

•Establishment of perimeter drains and wells as well as foundation insulation

•Renovation of roof (asbestos-containing)
