The framework agreement is "composite". It comprises a "standard contract" part and a "framework agreement with order forms" part. Market for the operation P2, of heating, ventilation, air treatment, air conditioning, refrigeration and production of domestic hot water of the buildings of the Communauté d'Agglomération du Grand Avignon. In the context of its policy of responsible purchasing and combating exclusion, the contracting authority has decided to apply the provisions of Articles L 2111-1 and L 2112-2 of the Code de la commande publique by including in the tender specifications of this contract social inclusion clauses, in the conditions defined, in the Article relating to the social inclusion clause in the CCAG 2021 of reference.
