Poland – Repair and maintenance services of medical and precision equipment – SERWIS SPRZĘTU MEDYCZNEGO PRODUCENTA OLYMPUS

The subject of the contract is the servicing of medical equipment produced by Olympus.

The subject of the contract includes the provision of maintenance services for medical equipment produced by Olympus in the following scope:

a) Carrying out periodic inspections of the equipment covered by this contract.

b) Replacing parts and service kits as part of the inspection activities of the equipment listed in the appendix to the contract - the inspection must include all service activities and the replacement of all materials and parts in accordance with the manufacturer's requirements.

c) Checking mechanical safety.

d) Checking for external defects.

e) Inspecting the wear of parts.

f) Checking electrical safety.

g) Checking the functioning of the device and its readiness for operation.

h) Documenting inspections - issuing service reports after each completed technical service activity, issuing technical opinions.

i) Carrying out corrective actions - setting and adjusting parameter values.

j) Carrying out preventive measures to increase the safety of the device's operation.

k) Conducting training in the safe operation of the equipment at the request of the contracting entity at least once a year.

l) Providing a replacement device during repair or inspection, including in the case of mechanical damage.

m) Performing diagnostics of the equipment.

n) Carrying out repairs of the equipment in full scope and regardless of the cause of the damage using original components and spare parts, in accordance with the manufacturer's standard.

o) Providing telephone consultations regarding the functioning of medical equipment, on weekdays from 8:00 to 15:00, excluding statutory holidays.
