Belgium – Invoicing services – Marché de services relatif à l’externalisation du processus de facturation de l’ensemble des factures et des rappels adressés à tous les patients de Vivalia pour les besoins du Service Facturation

This public contract relates to an open procedure subject to European publicity for the appointment of a service provider who will be responsible for outsourcing Vivalia's invoicing process as well as sending reminders to patients. The outsourcing includes:

- Printing invoices based on the file transmitted by Vivalia;

- Printing reminders based on the file transmitted by Vivalia;

- Inserting into envelopes;

- The digitalisation option: applying QR Code, sending via e-box, by email or SMS, setting up a patient portal;

- Dispatching Vivalia patients' invoices and reminders.
