The contract for the delegation of the client's duties covers a project for the restructuring of existing buildings to make them more suitable for accommodating dependent elderly people and their families. The operation will be carried out as part of a humanization initiative for the facility. Legal nature of the mandate: the mandate covers the following missions:

• Studies and preparation,

• Awarding of contracts for the appointment of the project manager, for studies, for works, relating to any insurance contracts, technical checks and any other service necessary for the operation,

• Administrative and financial management,

• Monitoring of the work's execution,

• Completion and post-completion.

The mandate's duration begins with the notification of the delegation of the client's duties contract and ends with the delivery of the certificate of completion of the mandate issued by the Centre d'Action Sociale de la Ville de Paris. The estimated cost of the works operation is 29,200,000 Euros VAT included.
