A contract is being concluded for the public procurement of a large quantity of medical chemical consumables and medicines, in accordance with the technical specifications, cost estimate and tender form in which the name, quantity and other conditions necessary for the completion of the tender are indicated. The tenderer is obliged to offer and perform the subject services in such a way that they comply with all the technical conditions set out in the tender documentation.
