Switzerland – Engineering services – Wehrkraftwerke Weinfelden und Müllheim – Gesamtplanerleistungen (Selektives Verfahren)

The subject of the procurement is the interdisciplinary overall planning services for the further project development and implementation of the Wehrkraftwerke Weinfelden and Müllheim in the canton of Thurgau. The procurement is carried out jointly by the Wasserkraftwerke Weinfelden AG, the Thurkraftwerk AG and the Isento Wasserkraft AG. The mandate includes, in particular, the new construction of the Wehrkraftwerke, the renovation of fish passage, hydraulic engineering measures, the decommissioning of existing power plant and canal facilities, as well as the restoration of the affected areas and water bodies. The procurement is carried out with two project lots: * – Lot 1 – Wehrkraftwerk Weinfelden: Contracting authority Wasserkraftwerke Weinfelden AG, overall planning services phases 32–53 * – Lot 2 – Wehrkraftwerk Müllheim: Contracting authorities Thurkraftwerk AG and Isento Wasserkraft AG, overall planning services phases 31–53. Application and offer must necessarily cover both project lots. It is intended to award both project lots to the same overall planner. A separate overall planning contract will be concluded for each project lot.
