Switzerland – Architectural, construction, engineering and inspection services – Zürcher Hochschule der Künste Gessnerallee 9, 11 und 13, Zürich | Instandsetzung Gebäudehülle

The Building Directorate of the Canton of Zurich, represented by the Department of Construction, is organizing, on behalf of the Real Estate Office, a tender for the award of general planning services (feasibility study, project planning, tendering, realization) for the renovation of the building envelope of the listed buildings at Gessnerallee 9, 11 and 13 in Zurich, which are used by the Zurich University of the Arts. A general planning service (incl. sub-planners) is sought with providers of planning services in the fields of construction management (overall management and, in the case of a consortium, leadership), architecture, civil engineering, electrical engineering, fire protection and building physics with comprehensive experience in the implementation of renovation projects for buildings under monument protection. The project planning must be carried out with high organizational competence and a strong sensitivity for the existing structure. The planning and execution of the construction project must be realized in a cost- and quality-conscious manner and completed on schedule. All works must be coordinated and carried out within the framework of ongoing operations.
